All items bought may be returned and/or refunded by the buyer, subjected to the discretion and approval of The Jewelry Clique Team, given the following conditions:

Request(s) for returns are accepted within 14 working days of receiving the item.
All items must be returned in their delivered state, along with all of its parts and tags.
Damaged/defective/wrong items may be exchanged, depending on the sole discretion of the Jewelry team.
The return fee will be solely be paid by the buyer
The management reserves the right to refuse any returns/refunds and each case is subjected to the sole discretion of the firm
Cooper Jewelry will not be liable for any errors in shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Orders that are shipped/completed are strictly non-editable.
Any reshipment of items done must correspond to the address found in the initial order and cannot be changed nor substituted with another address, design or brand of the item. The Jewelry Team reserves the right to refuse reshipment based on incorrect addresses and are not liable for the inaccuracy of address as provided by the buyer.
In the case of partial order cancellations, we cannot offer refunds for items' shipping costs. These funds, upon purchase, are paid to the shipping company we work with and cannot be partially reclaimed after an order is made.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: shown place/address we sent from.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
